Thanks OP, I like eating foods with tofu but I was scared by some articles saying it would turn me into a woman. I'll look more into what a phytoestrogen is, or maybe you could inform me.
In animal studies the phytoestrogens do have an impact on both the body and behavior. Were a bit more resilient but consuming that stuff does cascade some unique reactions.

Started at 430 pounds in July, I'm currently down to 350 pounds, been hovering around there since Thanksgiving really. There's so much contradiction in the caloric intake stuff you find on the net was wondering if you all could help.
I eat about 20 ounces of baked chicken a day
And 3 cups of brown rice, with a couple bananas most days and a scoop of protein most nights after gym.
Is there anything you guys can tell me right off the bat to remove or add to my regimen? I don't stray far from that at all except for cheat days on sunday. Vegetables are obviously missing, I have a really tough time adding them in any form to my daily intake.
I'd really appreciate any help.

D-I-E-T will absolutely help mitigate this. Exercise of any kind will also help tremendously, but diet is primary. Did the doctor not tell you these things when he/she informed you of your beetus?

Lifting is one of the few things in my life I don't do this with. I suppose like any habit you can fall out of it and starting again can be difficult but the comfort in lifting is I know if I eat well and do my routine without skipping, there will be results. It might not be immediate but it will happen. There's no variables, no chance of failure, no chance I won't see the results of my hard work.
I wish everything in life worked like that.
I have a question regarding grip strength.
I'll soon go to a casting for the German version of Ninja Warrior and I want to improve my grip strenght.
Any advice on upper body excercises that also improve grip strength or specific ones?
