Sure, dumbbell press is a thing. Arguably, they work your stabilizers and activate your pecs a little better than a barbell. Plus, you don't have to do the "roll of shame" if you fail a rep.

I weight around 135 lbs and look like a 3rd world worker since I have definition but too little volume to be ottermode. I unironically did GOMAD once and my friends still remember those times where I was going to the gym, I was looking my best. Thats how clothes works, they favour the skinnyfat. 10k every day is a fuckton, and everyone knows cardio kills gains
Given that, plus 100 sit-ups/push-ups/squats, you would not gain muscle unless you ate a million calories everyday which most people can't do
