Hi /fit/ i've started working out 2 weeks ago. First day i was sore as fuck but after the 3rd workout i dont feel sore anymore, am i doing something wrong?

your body gets used to the movements and doesn't get sore anymore, it's not a sign that you're doing something right or wrong, its just a sign saying your body moved weight in ways that it normally doesn't
oh what should i change 1've changed weigts and added 1 more set. should i add more?
Anyone here take meds for anxiety, depression, add, or anything else? I got a prescription for Wellbutrin. Is there anyone here that takes this stuff?
If so did it help with your problems or make it worse?
Been on this for 2 years now on and off. Pretty sure it saved my life. Definitely made things way better. Was the 4th one I tried though, the others were just horrible because of side effects.

i actually just switched from prozac to wellbutrin 2 weeks ago. i've also had adderall scripts in the past, but i've been off that for a while.
so far wellbutrin has helped (even on the small dose im on) much more than prozac ever did. tomorrow will be my first day on a full dose, and i'm going to request a renewed script for adderall

Hey /fit/ how do I get rid or workout an hourglass body shape, I've seen a supposedly nutrition & fitness expert and told me I can't, that I'm basically fucked but I can workout my upper body to have the desired hips - waist ratio. Is it true?
