I dunno, they eat a lot of fish. That can't be very good for you. Even eating the smaller fishies is bad if you eat it every day or multiple times a day.
Other than that yes, they focus on well balanced meals.

I eat about 1900 calories a day and I just don't know how to add more I usually get up to 200 grams but thats it.

300 is way fucking over kill, 1 gram/1 lb of fat is usually over kill as it is. 100-150 is sufficient for your size.

Carb backloading
Out of all the 1/2/3/4 milestones, which one was easiest/hardest for you to achieve and why?
I ask only because I hit 1pl8 ohp for 5 last night and from what I've read online, ohp is the hardest to progress on, and the deadlift is the easiest. In contrast to this, my deadlift is struggling while my bench and squat keep going up at a normal pace.
Also, are certain builds better for certain motions? I'm a manlet btw, and have always had naturally wide set shoulders.

Squat.
Deadlift came easy as fuck compared to the others, press came just afterwards (which is weird because I've got orang-utan arms) then bench and squat last.
A lot of that was probably form and mobility though, plus hating to squat. I've got horrible ankle flexibility and long as fuck legs so taking it from abysmal to merely terrible took way more work than it should have.
Deadlifts for me I can squat 3 pl8, bench 2pl8 press 1pl8 but the most ive ever deadlifted is 160kg x 3 and my legs were shaking and felt about to snap. Not sure whta my issue is really

Sup fellas. Been bulking for almost six months on ICF. Starting weight was 139 lbs and currently weight 172 lbs. 5'7".
Current 5x5 weights:
Squat 235 lbs
Bench 210 lbs (Smith-Jones machine)
Bent over row 165 lbs (Smith-Jones machine)
OHP 120 lbs
I planned on bulking until end of February/March and then cutting, however lately I am beginning to feel like a fat fuck.
Just wondering what you guys think I should do? Keep going with the bulk and then cut in the spring or start cutting now?

How do I self control?
I'm 22 and moved out of my parents a few months ago. Whenever I buy groceries, I get cravings and eat everything in 2 days. I've tried going to the grocery store more often and buying less but it doesn't seem to help. I've gained 60lb in about 9 months.
What do? I'm just lonely and depressed being an adult. All I ever do is eat and watch Netflix while shitposting on 4chan. What sort of hobbies should I get into?

Get a job firstly.
Buy tupperware, cook in bulk and portion out.
Set goals ie read one chapter of a book a day, floss every night, see a friend once a week.
