My question to you /fit/ is I'm 6 foot 1 and a 230 pounds. Trying to get down to at least the 190 range or so. You know what would be cool? A diagram of all the muscles in the body like the one on the left, and you could highlight it or hover your mouse over it and it would give you a bunch of exercises that work that muscle. Maybe it could give you workouts that primarily focus that muscle, and some that work that muscle secondary to a different primary muscle. It might make planning a workout routine simpler, and more custom to what you wanted to do.
Does anyone know if something like I described already exists?

I've been taking my wife' son to karate classes for a few months now, I usually just sit and watch but it seems really interesting and fun and was thinking of getting into if just for this type of situation

guys, please help. ive been working out alot for the past 4 or 5 months (ex-fatty) and ive lost alot of weight, ive been doing mostly cardio and body weight exercises and i want to start going to a gym. what the hell can i do so people wont think im just one of those new year resolutioners who will go there for a week and then leave? if i go now, people will think im an early resolutioner, if i go after new years (around febuary) people will think im an even worse resolutioner than normal ones since i started a month after everyone else. what do i do /fit/?!
im in the same boat mate. Not much you can do. Just suck it up and don't care what other people think. Besides there will probably be a whole bunch of them there so it's not like you'll be singled out. Come March they will be mostly gone and you'll look like a resolutioner that has stuck with it which at least that is commendable.
