Should I eat bread or skip it altogether?
I've gave up refined grain and bread, so no pasta, cereal, white rice, bread, etc. I'm not a ciliac but I've notice less overall discomfort, bloating, and less gas in the past few weeks, though I've also drastically upped my water intake.
I'm going to keep refined grain off the table, but should I really keep whole grain bread off the table too? Cause if not I would use it as toast for my eggs and tuna.

You'd be wiser to avoid eggs than to avoid whole grain bread. Just make sure it really is 100% whole grain, not white flour spiked with 10% whole wheat flour like most brands are.

They're /fit/ approved but not very healthy, being the most concentrated source of cholesterol in the American diet. Cutting the yolk out makes them much better.

Holy fuck /fit/ my trainers and sports coaches thought I was on the juice today at practice! They were searching my bag and kept asking to smell my breath, said I looked abnormal and was way stronger.

I had to go in for a work related physical and I was told I weigh 444lbs (the biggest I've ever been). I passed and got my new job, but I'm tired of being this big. Can someone give me some tips or advice on what to do? I'm a 26yr old, 6'4, male. This is not a joke. I'm not a troll. I'm just desperately seeking a push in the right direction. Someone redpill me on sugar and how much I'm supposed to get. I made an extra protein smoothie today with berries and a banana and now I have around 100 grams of that shit in total and I still got another ~800 calories to eat
