The sets across at given weights shouldnt be brutal. Training at RPE 10 compared to RPE 9 can be detrimental.
what about yoga? I'm not into chackras and bioenery shit, but it seems pretty good for stretching and take care of your back, and my shoulders are destroyed, so it could be good.
its very good, also very relaxing, go for a more slower style like classical hatha yoga instead of something like ashtanga, learn a few asanas online then go to a class.

I've been training for 4-5 years natty now, currently bulking. 235lb morning weight.
Basically I think I've hit my potential. It's to the point where I'm killing myself for ounces of muscle right now and honestly if I try to go any further I just get injured.
