They are trying to get you to quit so they get some money for nothing from you, or to have you pay for more sessions. They put you through the ringer and try to get you thinking you need their roided up asshole bodies to get fit. One guy did it to me. I was somewhere around 245 and he had me doing all the endurance body weight shit he could nonstop until I was on the ground trying not to throw up and passout. Then he tried to sell me his services. quit this gym, join a different gym. Cite your frustrations with the trainers to the manager and get your money back. Then watch Buff dudes you tube exercises tutorials or something like that, then go in and slowly try some new exercises.
