See, I'm studying 12-13 hours per day. I really don't have time nor money to go to the gym, but what I do have is a boxing bag (used to do muay thai) and a pull up bar. Now the question is, would this routine help me at least a little bit? Of course while dieting aswell.
-Push ups
-Squats
-Sit Ups
-Pull Ups / Chin Ups
-Do at least 5-6 rounds of heavy bag workout.
-Go for a run twice a week.

Lets face it - 90% of you exercise in order to be attractive to the opposite sex, and i guess that is a pretty natural motivation for any guy.
Me, I just don't see how that's gonna change a thing. I'm a bit of mess right now, but I was fit until I turned 21 - and before that I still don't remember to be considered attractive to girls, since my look didn't change the fact that I was a weak character - everyone could see that, and still do.
So my question is - how can I guy come up with any other incentive to keep fit? I mean I'm out of ideas.

I exercise to prevent my body from falling apart. To keep both my brain and my body fit and active. To hopefully make the process of aging less agonizing and terrible. So that my body is ready to handle whatever challenges life presents me. Because it helps me relax and forget about the things that upset me.
