What's a DB program that works against muscular imbalance?

Okay, after 6 months of bulking I've realized I have no idea how to cut. I know it's basically "eat moar proteion less phat", but how exactly do you do it so you lose fat but keep muscles?
Also, I though I could use speed for cutting (since it's an appetite suppressor and performance enhancer) and just drink several protein shakes (water based) per day.

Anyway, to actually answer your question, the official answer is "1/2/3/4". This means one set of five reps, lmao1pl8 ohp, lmao2pl8 bench, lmao3pl8 squat, and lmao4pl8 deadlift.
Would you prefer having your grill let's say around 145lbs (something like 65kg) with nice round tits, some love handles and round ass or 20lbs lighter (10kg) and more shredded with abs and shit?

3x a week deadlifting heavy is pushing it, but you can get away with deadlifting heavy 2x a week if you structure your training around it i think. minimize low back stress, chest support rows, stuff like that.
you will just have underdeveloped quads is all.. probably really underdeveloped, but at least you'll get a big ass
