I want to gain as much muscle (in my arms specifically, though I understand why that might be kind of really hard) as possible in one week. I don't normally exercise, but I do eat quite healthy and am skinny tier. Don't roll on the bones. You're supposed to be rolling the muscles in your back... not the spine. If you are rolling your spine, you have a great chance of actually herniating a disc. Roll the obliques and the glutes.

bench is mostly for triceps. You need curls for chest

That's mostly endurance training. Few, maxed reps are the best (in contrast), to fill out originally. That's where the size comes, with enough protein.

Really stupid question here. Why doesn't your body just turn excess calories into muscle? It's much more practical for the human body and muscle can be broken down for energy just like fat.

to maintain muscle is way more expensive energy and nutrients wise than fat which is basically a dead blanket that sits over your body
also, fat stores energy more efficiently, as in to build fat you need less energy per pound than muscle, and you get more energy by burning it

Does anyone have experience with fixing genu valgum/knee valgus/knock-knee?
I don't have the worst case but it's definitely noticeable. Neither of my parents have it but my eldest sister does.
The outside of my shoe soles are much more worn down than the insides and I've rubbed all the hair off my inner thigh directly above the knees.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I think this is an orthotics fix go see a foot doctor.

Yo, formerfatfuck here, I have knock-knees but not as bad as the picture.
Fix your posture. Don't hyperextend your knees when you're standing, keep your chest up and your core somewhat tight. It hasn't effected lifting for me yet, but I haven't gotten into really heavy weights. The best thing you could do in addition to fixing your posture or wearing insoles would be to lose weight if you are heavy. Good luck.
