For as long as I can remember, my natural standing stance has my feet pointing outward, instead of forward.
People tell me "just stop, it's not normal"
It's not that easy, it's literally how my feet rest.
Does this effect my knees? I feel like my squats suffer because of this...but it doesn't feel right any other way. I'm not flexible.

OK fit, I need some help. I've been stuck at benching 175 for 6 months now. Sometimes I can do 185 but I haven't been able to progress any more than that. It's like a hit a wall. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do to get past it?

Dear /fit/ I'm literally crying tears of joy and laughing my ass off right now. Most of my life since about 10 years old I've been over weight and never felt motivated to exercise. I'd always tell myself. "Some day I'll be in shape" then I'll have a cheeseburger on a "cheat day" and go right back if not worse off than I was before.
However today I did something I never thought I could accomplish or ever wanted to until I took fitness serious.
