Does anyone else have feet that naturally point like mine in pic related?

For as long as I can remember, my natural standing stance has my feet pointing outward, instead of forward.

People tell me "just stop, it's not normal"

It's not that easy, it's literally how my feet rest.

Does this effect my knees? I feel like my squats suffer because of this...but it doesn't feel right any other way. I'm not flexible.

OK fit, I need some help. I've been stuck at benching 175 for 6 months now. Sometimes I can do 185 but I haven't been able to progress any more than that. It's like a hit a wall. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do to get past it?

ITT: Autistic things you did when you were new to /fit/

> discover /fit/, go to gym for first time
> don't know proper techniques
> embarrassed about how little I could lift
> classes ended for me around 1pm every day that semester
> drive ~1 hour every day to lift in my parents basement before they got home from work

> Often stayed there on weekends, missing many parties, because I was tired of the driving all week

I did that for just about an entire semester. My car reeked of sweat all the time because I couldn't shower there without them noticing something was up.

Help me! Why has this happened?

1) my deadlift is practically the same as my squat
2) my bench is stalling all the time and is so low
3) im gaining weight so i know i am eating enough

ive been doing SS for 7 months and did 3 months of fucking around in the gym before that, but i started from anorexia so im still pretty weak.

what kind of deoderant do you use, fit?

I personally hate using anti persperant because breast cancer, but as a semi-productive member of society, it's sometimes necessary. I fell for the axe dry spray meme and its pretty gud, but makes me smell like a teenager.

Dear /fit/ I'm literally crying tears of joy and laughing my ass off right now. Most of my life since about 10 years old I've been over weight and never felt motivated to exercise. I'd always tell myself. "Some day I'll be in shape" then I'll have a cheeseburger on a "cheat day" and go right back if not worse off than I was before.
However today I did something I never thought I could accomplish or ever wanted to until I took fitness serious.
I just squatted 2pl8s on the squat.
That may not impress most of you, maybe it might for some of you. But right now I'm so happy I'm winning the war against fat me. I can't quite put my finger on it but when I discovered /fit/ it changed my outlook on life. Call me a faggot all you want. But this fatty will make it.
