Brehs, im feeling fucking awful. Ive been going to the gym for 7 months right now. Started at 115 pounds auschwitz mode. 5'10". The last few days ive felt great. Currently 140 pounds. But today i looked myself in the mirror and felt disgusted and skinny. I feel like shit lile a fucking spooky skeleton. I know im still dyel but anyway, i feel horribble. My arms are 12,5 inches. My stats are
Bench :135 4x12 / 160 1x3
Squat 135 4x12 / 165 1x3
Deadlift 225 5x5

Im still dyel yes but why am k feeling so skinny. Im descent built this is awful i want to kill myself

I'm in the military and my primary goal fitness wise is to do as many push-ups/sit-ups as possible in 2 minutes and run a 2 mile as fast as I can. But I'm also trying to get back into lifting. I was thinking of doing a routine like this:

Stronglifts Workout A
3 Mile Run
200 Sit-ups

3 Mile Run
200 Push-ups
>Wednesday
Stronglifts Workout B
3 Mile Run
200 Sit-Ups

3 Mile Run
200 Push-Ups

3 Mile Run
200 Sit-ups

Rest

Is this doable? I've been doing just the running and the push-ups situps but I really want to get back into lifting. Will these exercises interfere with eachothers progression? In /fit/s opinion at what point (timewise) does extra daily exercise stop benefiting you?

I fully expect a bunch of >fuck you militaryfag posts but I'm willing to sift through the bullshit for any good advice

Skip the sit ups, push ups, and "long" runs. It'll just interfere with your performance improvement to do so much low intensity work.

Sprint up hills or stairs for running. Add weight if it starts to get easy. Do added planks or stir the pot (google "stuart mcgill stir the pot) for ab work. For planks, try to work up one hand and one foot on the same side as far apart as possible. Sit ups are bad for your back, anyway.

Sit-ups, push-ups, and long runs are the most essential parts of the program unfortunately. The military physical fitness test is 2 minutes sit-ups, 2 minutes push-ups, 2 mile run, so I can't really cut out those completely.

Okie im 29 and for as long as i can recall, ive had issues with my guts.
I would shit around 4-5 times a day. and it would be diarrheaish.
Ive been just about 100% dairy free, for 10 days.
I know im not 100% cuz pretty much everything has "modified milk ingredients". but ive stayed away from cheese milk and things i know have dairy in them.
My gut pain has cleared up to about 90ish%. The thing is. Im losing weight like crazy and it was hard for me to keep it on to start, so im starting to get way to skinny.
I think I might be lactose intolerance or lactose allergy. Ive made a Dr. appointment, and I go see him on Thursday.
Id like to know what you think. and I need to know what are some high cal foods, that are dairy free.
