Used to eat only white rice, then made the switch to brown rice. Ate brown rice at least once every couple of days for a few months now, without eating any white rice. Then ate white rice meal yesterday. Found it unfulfilling and hard to digest, like it was empty but heavy. Reminds me of the feeling I get when I eat shitty food afte eating clean for a while, I can just feel it in my body that it's not good. Like I also get the feeling with white bread or regular pasta.
Is white rice just shit tier?
Also anyone else get that same feeling of just not feeling...

Any one here has gone through PE? I WAS able to last 10-50 mins before but thay was when I was IF and doing reps of 10-15 and shit. I got to 140 lbs and now I'm 173 gained fat too and I can't last more than 5 mins.

Here. Now you don't have to make a fucking thread about it. If you don't feel a big gland, you don't have gyno and it will 100% go away if you lose weight.
Some people just put on weight on unfortunate places. It has something to do with genetics and the hormonal balance in your body. (more estrogen means more fatty tissue around feminine areas but it doesn't necessarily give you real gyno.)
What does gland tissue feel like? How do I know which one I have

Is deadlifting with a hook grip bad for the joints in your thumbs? I've been using a hook grip for all by deadlift sets for a few months now, with weights up to 315lbs, but today I tried 335lbs and felt like my thumbs were being pulled apart at the joints. Had to quickly put it down about as soon as I locked out. Is this feeling normal when working with heavier weight and I just have to get used to it, or is there a significant risk of me dislocating a thumb if I continue using a hook grip on heavier weights?

Yeah, I wouldn't do hook grip. You're pulling the joint and tendons, and with 355lbs. pulling on them, that's not good.
