My deadlifts today felt particularly shit. Lower back ached quite a bit during and after. But I think it was mostly muscular so I'm not too worried. So I decided might aswell ask for advice on my form.

Apologizing for the vertical camera. First vid is of 95kg, last warmup set. And second is 110kg, working set.

I've put both links around the time I start the lift.

I notice the neck bending shit, so no need to consider that. I don't feel any, but it looks like some lower back curving on some reps. Is this within the acceptable area? How should I fix, otherwise?

Also I'd appreciate advice on lowering the bar. It felt especially awkward today for some reason. Doesn't feel like it's traveling straight.

Bonus question; is it normal to sometimes get light friction burns on your forearms when deadlifting in sweat pants? Arms make contact with legs during some ascents and some descents.

You have really long legs, so of course your form isn't going to be textbook.
The thing about any compound movement is that not everyone is built equally. In your case, it's impossible to keep your shins vertical and prevent your back from being at a low angle to the ground.
You can't do anything about that. Your pulls will never be strong unless you pull sumo or allow your back to round. Pick your poison.

I'm confused...Why can't you go to the gym again?

I've popped my kneecap out of place on two separate occasions (pain so intense I've literally whited out. Not black out, WHITE out).

Both times, I've rested at home for a week, then gone back to the gym. Doc says I have weak tendons or some shit. To this day I have to basically be conscious of how I walk, because if I misstep turn too sharply or something my kneecap will wiggle and it hurts like a bitch.

I can still do all my usual exercises, except leg day is basically biking with moderate resistance, as suggested by my doctor. Also stopped doing deadlifts because I just don't trust my knee enough to support all that weight and the jerking motions.

So why exactly are you being a pussy and staying home losing your gains?

why do fuck do i even bother as someone who was over 200 pounds by the time i was 8

i lost over 100 lbs, counting my calories since over 3 fucking years, going to the gym 3-4 times a week and i still have a fucking disgusting body and people who never touched any weight in their life and dont know jackshit about eating healthy (muh metabolism) get to have a body that looks hundred times better than mine, just because my parents liked the obese lifestyle and decided that i should eat the same as them?

What's the point? You can lift all you want and in some cases, like when you're fat, you can turn into a beautiful man after you get rid of all the fat.

But for most of us we're stuck with this face that have.

What's the point if we'll never be beautiful?

Yes we'll be fit and in shape and aesthetic but at the end of the day, if you want to be with a beautiful person, you have to be beautiful too (there are ecxeptions but they aren't the rule)

Like they say 8s usually end up with 8s and 5s with 5s

Let me ask you this: is your appearance 100% based on your fucking face? No. No it isn't. Not even close. Even if you're butt ugly, you'll still look 10 times better when you're fit.
No, you won't ever be "perfect", but very very few os us ever will. Does that mean we should all just kill ourselves? Do you realize how stupid that is?

On a more personal note I can tell you that I remember looking at my own reflection in the mirror many times and thinking to myself that I was actually pretty fucking ugly. Yet pretty girls have called me hot on many occassions. I still have an ugly face, but I make the most of it. Get a haircut that suits you. Get nice clothes. Get fit. Become likeable as a person. Build confidence.
