Do abs need to be trained in a special way to show or something? I give them just as much attention as my other muscle groups (3 sets hanging leg raise to failure every workout). My bodyfat isn't high either.

Hello /fit/

Is it possible to achieve a physique like pic related without ever stepping foot into an actual gym?

The reason I'm asking is because I don't live anywhere near a gym, so I would like to know if it's possible through only training at home. The only thing I have is a bench and some dumbbels but I could probably buy more stuff if needed(no machines or anything like that).

If it is possible, what kind of excercises should I be doing? Would someone kind enough be able to put together a workout schedule for me? I'm 6 foot and 145-150 pounds with low bodyfat and a high metabolism, so I am already sort of in the pre-stages of "ottermode" and would like to push it a little further.

I know people will be advising me to eat more, bulking up, etc. but I am only interested in reaching a pic related type of body. I don't mind being a skinnyfag, I'm not really interested in bulking up because I have a low appetite already.

Thanks, I'll try that. I don't know if I can do 10km runs every day though. I did read the sticky but it seems like most of the things in there when it comes to working out requires you to go to an actual gym.

What's my bodyfat % /mode?

I haven't lifted in months, just lots of running when I can. I eat very little. Last time I weighed myself I was 195 lbs~ (I'm 6'3'')- no clue what I weigh now. I don't have access to a scale.

I think it'd be cool to get down to 174~ but I don't really have any goals.

Beginning my 1st cycle using Testosterone Enanthate in a few months and my question is, wouldnt it be more beneficial to inject directly into the veins? im led to believe Intra-Muscular injections allow a slower release,whereas if i inject directly into the bloodstream my body will utilise the TEST more quickly and more efficiently resulting in faster gains ?

Yes, the pro BBers inject directly inter-venous (to the vein). There is a potential for side effects to be worse but if you are not prone to them, you will still not experience them if you go IV. (For example, if you are not prone to male pattern baldness, doing IV injections will not magically make you prone to it.)

The casual user doesn't go IV because of the tendency to worsen sides but overall it is much more effective for reasons you have stated.
