Due to my schedule I can only lift Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If I'm doing an axbxaxxbxaxbxx type routine, will muh gains be diminished by not having that Extra rest day

my mother fixed my Body dysmorphic in 1 day.

all she did was take me to the bathhouse/sauna
(mixed genders naked (since i am not an america fag [spoiler] also fuck you /fit/ for making me attracted to little boy bodies[/spoiler]))

we got there early and went into the turkish steam bath first.

then we went to the infrared

then to some kind of water pouring event in the 80 degree chambers. there where like 20 people there and literally everyone body looks like shit, same for he rest of the day whenever i see someone.

out of the 100 people there i was the only one that lifted. and over 40% of the people where overweight (a beer belly(amerifats would say normal) and a few just below obese, the rest was skinnyfat.

i feel so free now.

will probably get crushed again when i enter the gym though.

Please give me some advise. I want your opinion on this schedule I made,
1.30 min walk ( 5 times everyday)

2. 100 squats

3.100 situps

4.100 pushup

I am planning on following this routine for like 2-3 (or even 4-5) weeks, to melt away fat first becoz I am fat like fuck and I hate myself. After some weeks (or months) I will join gym.
