Dear /fit/, how do I fix my shit physique? After SS I'm left with a lot of bloat around the abdomen and not all that much muscle on the chest and upper body. What should I do?
I'm thinking of incorporating the following into my training:
1) More upper body volume, particularly for chest and traps 2) Actually exercise abs with planks, window wipers, leg raises and crunches 3) Start running, basically go on a cut or body recomp
If anyone has any programs or routines with strict rep/set schemes I can stick to I'd be grateful.
Combination of the SS encouragement to "EAT MORE" every time your lifts stall and lack of direct core work, I think. I followed LOMAD (liter of milk) for a lot of it too.
My lifts had basically stalled after 6 months and a third reset. I'm not at 1/2/3/4, more something like 116 kg squat, 84 kg bench, 134 kg dl, 65 kg pc and 46 kg press.
So I should just cut?

You can actually not do single thing and you will grow muscle and lose fat anyway , not changing a thing literally by injecting testosterone and not lifting , seems pretty fuckign fake "fitness" for me

A common idea amongst the general public is that late night eating leads to storage of more fat than usual, when consuming the same amount of calories at other times of the day, when perhaps you would be more active (burning more energy). What do you think?

Hi /fit/, I'm relatively new to the whole workout thing only been consistently at the gym for 6 months inconsistently another 6 months before that. I've started to stall on some exercises and I thought maybe it's because I'm not eating enough. I decided to use my fitness pal to see how much I need to eat and how much I am eating. To gain weight I should eat 3200 calories a day. However I play an Australian sport and do HIIT three days a week plus gym at least another 3 days. How do I stay motivated /fit/ ? I've been going to the gym now for 9 months or so but I notice I lose motivation. Like I want to go home sooner and sooner and I havent increased the weights in a month or 2. Kinda like i'm losing energy.

>>35573224 You have to get your social bar up. I know it's a pain, but what I found that helps is taking one day off of work to call people over to have a party to get your social bar good for a few days.
I also hated how you needed to have like a million fucking family friends in the game to become a general or astronaut or whatever the military track was
