"Sick". You can still work out. When I'm sick I hit some simple accessories and do light cardio. Always helps me get over it so much faster. Not being active cause the virus to move slower through by our body. When your body is active it gets your functions flowing faster causing whatever is wrong with you to move out your system faster

Ok, I read the sticky and I have questions.
I am skinny fat and I am wondering if dieting and working out at the same time will do anything at all, OR do I need to instead choose to rotate between loading on calories and working out, and then dieting to see any change.

Fitness is being in the best shape for your environment.

So fitness to a power lifter will be strength in the big 3. Fitness to the bodybuilder will be to have as much muscle and least fat(basically) and so on. If a bodybuilder can climb a rope that means he entered a new field of fitness he doesnt really care about. It means nothing that he cant do that desu.

How adddictive is Creatine?

Could I use a little to try it out and stop cold turkey, or would I have a bad time?
