My local 24hr gym was the victim of arson two days ago and the next closest gym is a 40min walk away. I don't drive (I only have one leg below the knee).
What kind of shit can I do at home? I have two each of 10lb, 25lb, and 45lb free weights. If I just mimic the motions of a machine, I can still gain, right?

I eat a lot of canned baked beans. They taste great and can easily be microwaved so they make for a very quick meal.
Unfortunately they're somewhat high in sugar. But, they're also high in fiber.
