Anyone think its kinda dumb advice for new lifters to be squatting and deadlifting x3 a week? They will be weak as hell and probably inflexiable with shitform. Its literally asking for an injury

they are weak, inflexible and have shit form. that's why you make them do the same exercises over and over again so they can become less weak, more flexible and gradually improve their form. wtf else are they supposed to do?
