I've been forcing down as many calories as I humanly can for over two months in an effort to bulk, as well as strength exercises every other day.
I have gained exactly four pounds. What is going on?

So I'm a really good looking guy. I used to weigh 125 lbs and 6'. I gained almost 100 lbs and I need to lose it now.
I know powerlifting is probably the easiest way, but I don't want to gain muscle, just lose fat.
Anyone know of an easy way?
I tried low carb, whole carb, mediterranean, and the only thing that worked was drinking nothing but soymilk.

I read a few times that overtraining doesn't exist because it's just not eating enough.
True or not true and why?
It seems pretty stupid to me not to believe that overtraining exists, when you get certain injuries simply from training too much (fatigue fracture for example), but I like to have me insight.

Overtraining does exist, but it's not something to shy away from. It's good to experience this now and then to understand your body's limits and how to best recover from exercise and stress.

Over training is real but you're very unlikely to reach it unknowingly, and it's more a culmination of things rather than one tough session. If you legitimately did overtrain you could experience excess fatigue, loss of sleep, soreness lasting over 72 hours and some other symptoms. People only say they're scared of over training so they have an excuse to take extra days off, and those people will NEVER over train.

It's not true, but it might as well be for beginners and intermediate lifters. You should only worry about overtraining if you're an advanced lifter and 3 hour workouts 6 days a week are normal to you.

Anyone have any experience squatting 6x week and natural?

Why the fuck would anyone need to squat 6x a week? I feel like your knees and IT bands would be destroyed.
he got about 80 kilos on his BS in 11 months, means about 7 kilos per month, about 1,8 kg per week. You dont really need a crazy squat-errday program to achieve this.
Tried squatting every day myself, my hip flexors were inflamed after a while, although strength gains were there.
If your body allows you, to do this, without gradually getting fucked up, no reason not to.
