Redpill me on fat and skinny people /fit/. Isn't it as simple as fat people having a naturally bigger appetite their whole life with skinny people living with little to no appetite their whole life? Why wasn't I born with a skinny person's appetite? Why does eating small amounts of food have to be so shitty for me? I've lost weight in the past and not even 8 months of strict calorie counting could make me any less hungry than the day I started. What gives?
It all depends on your relationship with food, I can be good or bad leaning on the skinny and fat side of eating habits! For some people it was never a concern so their consumption was always moderate, on the other hand we know people can suffer from food addictions from very small to serious cases, once you view your food as fuel for your body and the quantity and quality of your fuel is considered a lot more significantly

Join a sports team so that your exercise level is so high that you can eat a little more. My brother is part of a Rugby, Football and Cricket team and eats nothing but junk food and is lean as fuck. He's definately going to be fat when he gets older and stops sport, but it is worth thinking about homie. I play for the same Rugby team and it is cool having friends who share an interest (all the ass-slapping is hot too).

Brush twice a day, post-breakfast and right before bed. Fluoride rinse right before bed as well.
Tooth are mad crooked, but fairly white.
Mouth fulla crooked, chipped teeth with huge canines fits my bear aesthetic anyway.
last time I was at the dentist (he drives a maserati btw) he told me it'll cost around $500-1000 per tooth to get them all made perfectly perma-white.
He didn't recommend I get it unless I was going to be on TV or something and said my teeth are otherwise perfectly healthy and fine ( even though they seem yellowish to me)

So I bit the bullet /fit/.
Been dealing with anxiety for the past 12 years, has slowly developed into depression.
Been contemplating to just ending it. Went to the doctor because I accepted I couldn't overcome it with just will power. So now I'm on meds and doing counseling.
I haven't hot the gym in two weeks because I've been such a pussy with panic attacks and shit lately.
Could really use some motivation, and please if you are going through anything similar feel free to share.
If you need motivation, you won't do it.
You have to want to do it. If you don't think "oh yes it's monday time to go to the gym" or whatever, then why fucking bother?

Do you want to succeed? You may say so, but if you don't want to put the work in, it's not believable. You know what you need to do, accomplishing that is as simple as just doing it. Excuses and anxiety may make it tough or scary, just do it. You control your body. Just do it.
