Fucking hell /fit/...
I was doing good... real good...
Three months of eating right and exercising. Lost almost 15kg. But yesterday it happened. I was bored, had nothing to do, and I was weak. I went to the grocery store, bought a bag of candy and a pint of B&J. I ate it all. Total damages: 3500kcal over my daily intake.
I have felt like shit this whole day. I won't fucking give up. Already tweaked my diet for the next week, so that the damage will be undone by next Monday. FUCK.
Have you had any major slip-ups recently, /fit/?
Better than me OP, woman I liked used me for sex left me heart broken. Haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks and been overeating ~1000 cals a day.

The "red meat gives colon cancer" meme. Do you read too much red meat, do you care about higher cancer risk? I can't imagine eating ~180g of protein a day without some red meat. I sure as fuck can't eat chicken breasts and fish twice a day. I guess I'll have to push the legumes shit.

My goal is to be in shape and look actually fit by July 17th
Started 10 days ago as you can see and I've been doing 100 pressure a day and a few sets of an exercises seen below
I try to do curls and stuff but I can only do 100 curls(spread into 20 each set) of 10kg then I get too tired to continue

How much does height influence the weight being lifted? If a manlet and normal person lifts the same weight then obviously the human is stronger, but by how much?

If a manlet and lanklet both lift the same weight. Then they are of equal strong. Not one stronger than the other.
Your question is too simple. You should be asking about people of different bodyweights lifting the same weight. But even then, both men would be equally strong. But the lighter man (often the manlet) has a higher strength efficiency.
