Progress R8 thread?

Started dieting and mild weight training 4 months ago, and have since dropped from 220lbs (pic related) to 196lbs as of today.

Went from 115 to 160 on bench

From 180 to 200 on squat (bad knee. Torn ACL from hs)

From 2 sets of 3 to 3 sets of 8 pullups

Still working on good Deadlift form, tbqh. Haven't moved much from 180

Hammer curl from 2 sets of 5 @ 25 per arm to 3 sets of 5 @ 35

How am I doing /fit/?

Hi /fit/
Two questions.
Does the order in which perform some exercises matter? Like,Biceps/Triceps day... can i start with whatever exercise i want or there are exercises that are meant to be made first? or last? does it matter at all?
Two: Bench press,i dont care about lifting 2pl8,i want hypertrophy or whatever its called,should i even bother or there are better ways of getting that zyzz chest?(i do other stuff for my chest as well,not just bench)

how to cut /fit/

maybe it is a dumb question but i haven't been able to find specific information on the matter.

is it just cutting the calorie income and the same workout? should i do only cardio?

Not opie but I read the sticky and have similar confusion. Not the cardio thing but as far as what lifting routine is best while cutting is perplexing.

It's all a mixture of eating healthy with a lower over all caloric intake.
I would also just add cardio onto your current routine during your cut. Follow this and you should be ok

So I'm bored in class and had this idea: Each poster posts 1 song that they lift to (or you could put something gay idc, but you only get one). Anyone who posts a song must listen to the playlist next time they workout.

if you wear full kit (~60 .lbs) of metal armor + gear while running on a treadmill will that damage the treadmill or your back?

I need to get in shape for SCA. I'm 180 .lbs and I need to get down to 160. and I can't rightly wear field plate at a gym, so I will do so at home, on a treadmill.

Been going to the gym for 2 and a half weeks now and I noticed that my posture is better and that's about it. I haven't lost weight. I haven't made gains of any sort. What gives?

Should I just start SS?

I saw zero weight loss on the scale for 6 weeks after starting SS, but the difference between pics at even 3 weeks was crazy.

God mode: be honest

Me-insecurity; was the skinny, weak, beta, submissive kid in high school and as a result i felt inadequate and failure as a male. Feelings did not go away after high school. Still felt like a bitch of a male, you know the guy who's going to be sucking dick in prison and getting passed around as a fucktoy, thats how i feel about myself.

So i try to make up for it through trying to increase my power, speed, and strength through usual weight training combined with body weight training-calisthenics, explosive trainging-plyometrics and knuckle conditioning
