Hey'all what is your guys' opinion on deadlifting/squatting with lower back scoliosis? I went to several chiropractors and everyone said something else. One dude said it can strengthen my back, another dude said it would be a one way ticket to wheelchair city.
Any thoughts on this?

I have some minor scoliosis and squat and diddly just fine. I feel like it's improved my posture immensely.
Start really, really, annoyingly low weight and perfect your form. Then linearly progress slowly. Don't let these meatheads push you into doing too much weight.
Go see a physical therapist. They are much more knowledgeable than chiropractors
Does being fit me some one more attractive and get more girls?

a fair portion of the female population like muscular men. Not all of them though. My first 3 years of lifting were sexless. I forgot to stop being a neet autist with a weed and porn addiction. Only once I sorted that out did I start getting laid again (had 1 gf before lifting and moved to a different city after breaking up with her).
In other words, look good AND get your shit together and you'll attract women. Get tinder and put non-blatant muscley pics up. Not douche bag ones. In the end they're looking at the whole package.

you don't. She's on anavar. All fitness models are on gear. They make money off this stuff and it's competitive. They have to be. It's sad because then other people think you can look a certain way without it.

I'm curious, how much water do you drink?
I've taken advice from many different people and I'm still not sure how much I'm supposed to drink. currently drinking 2L (67,6 oz) on days that I lift and around 1,5L (50,7 oz) on resting days
i'm pretty sure that's a bit low
i don't count mine but i imagine it being at least 2.5-3l, whether it's a rest day or not
Wow step it up anons. I'm drinking a minimum of 4 L of water a day. However I'm also on creatine so I feel thirsty all the fucking time so it's not really difficult at all.
I would aim for 3 liters more if you sweat a lot or are low carb.
How do you earn your living /fit/?

Going on maintenance while I start up running for the summer. My goal is to not lose strength.
Planning on lifting 2x a week and running 5 miles 3-4x a week.
Day 1: Deadlift, Bench, Bent Row, weighted pull Ups
Day 2. Squat, Front Squat, weighted Dips, (need an excersise here)
Is this an okay program to just not lose muscle so I can be in a good place when I go to bulk in the fall? Also what should I do as my 4th excersise on my second day?
