I just bought these weights and bench for $100. Did I do well? Now I need a squat rack and gym mats.

Of the five biggest guys in my gym, only one of them ever squats or deadlifts. And all five of them are on brosplit-type programs.

I rarely see anyone at my gym doing The Press. When I do, 90% of the time, they have one foot in front of the other. I've never seen any article where it's taught that way. Are these people stupid?

I'm skinnyfat. I'm doing a bulk and SS with accesories. I CAN'T IMPROVE MY NUMBERS. I'm stalling at 70 kg BP, 78 kg SQUAT, 95 kg DL, 35 kg OHP. I go 3 days a week.
I'm eating homemade burgers, eggs, 1 liter of milk per day, ham, sausages, tuna canned, Whole bread. I'm getting fat and fat in my belly and I'm still a stick!
What should I do to stop growing this belly? I don't to ab work. Should I start jogging or something?

Slow down on the calories and lift more faggot. Eat at a +500 cal surplus and find a new program if you're been doing that one without much success.
