why are most people on this board obsessed with gains and weight lifting and not cardio exercises? aerobic exercise > weight lifting. weight lifting is for ugly people who need to compensate for their unattractive faces with 'ripped' bodies. cardio exercises have far more health benefits, this is indisputable. also, if you have a reasonably attractive (not hideous) face and a slim build you can easily get laid (assuming you are not an aspie)

Hey /fit/ my girl wants to lose some weight , but has a job that consumes her time , but the weekend she's willing to go to the gym . I'm a horrible teacher , so any advice on weekend warrior work outs ? Diet wise she's flexible, she'll eat most anything.

but yeah focus on triceps more
they're a waste if you go more than 1 exercise for the biceps though, just stick to normal curls 3x8-12 or whatever you like.

Yes, just do chinups. Triceps take up more of your arms than biceps do.
They're one of the easiest exercises to do and don't cost a lot of time, so you might aswell just do them.

So it is a known fact, that your testicles shrink, if you use roinds, that substitute your natural body hormone production (testosterone).
And that is often a factor people don't use it or try to badmouth athletes.
But if these people were real sportsmen, they'd realize, that when your balls shrink, they get back to size after you quit, and during contests smaller balls actually allow the viewer to see more muscles and aesthetics.
