So I wanted to start training twice a day. In the morning mostly cardio and calisthenics while at night do more weight training (Wendler type stuff.) I have been lifting for about about two years and want to get more endurance as opposed to only being big. My question really is will I be overworking if I stick to this about 4-6 days a week. Also any tips to keep it more be more efficient are appreciated. Currently ~70 inch, ~165 lbs.

That's not something anyone can tell you. It'll depend on your individual recovery ability.
Try adding two AM workouts a week. If it goes okay, lighten the workouts, add a third, then build back up. Repeat until you're at six days or feeling maxed out.

Do it the other way around. You can improve endurance when already fatigued but not strength.
What's the best pre-workout to use? Currently using the Optimum Nutrition one, just wondering before I buy another tub if there's any better options out there.
