Does fit know that shrimp are pretty much pure protein? Found this out last night. For 99 calories, they have between 21-24 grams of protein. Each gram of protein is 4 calories, so 84-96 calories out of 99 are pure protein. Why drink shakes when you could eat shrimp?

my lifts are fucking weak as shit, its fucking pathetic. I was just barely able to do 5x5 squats with just 95lbs. I'm also a 130lb 5'8 manlet.
I've been lifting for 2 years but I tell people it's only been one on-and-off because I look so mediocre.
