Why is America going away from health and fitness and glorifying fat like it's healthy or attractive? It's depressing
If you want to see who people glorify as far as looks, just look at who they jack off too. Same with women and those trashy romance novels. They still have ripped as fuck guys on them.
Because not everyone can work out or eat proper so instead feeling bad about they are learning to accept it and love themselves the way they are. It took me a long time to learn good eating habits but some work days I still eat bad when putting 12-16 hour shifts.

Well I actually on right tracks now. Past week I slept for 4 hours a day to improve my life. Was warking night shifts, studying the whole day and didn't even had time to eat well. Past week destroyed my gains diet and all but Im glad. Im back to gym and diet next week and I improved qualifications so I can change job soon. I'm on fire lately lads

I found kissing to give very different results depending on the girl and situation. It's great with a gf I actually care about or with really passionate (often very drunk) grils at parties. With certain FWBs I honestly felt nothing, it was kind of disgusting actually.

I had progress in weight loss years back from that, I went from 220lbs to 154lbs at 6' tall in a span of 7 months back in 2011-2012. I never ate breakfast except for black coffee, had two plain rolls and a pint of whole milk for lunch, and would come home for dinner and eat whatever (usually something like meatloaf and veggies). You can do it, but now I've been jogging for the past couple weeks and just last week started at the gym. I'm thinking I may have to really start counting calories and macros if I want to get the results I want (I don't want to overeat...

You're doing something wrong. When i touch my chest with the barbell i feel like god himself smiled and touch his humble lifting son and i swear sometimes i hear faint "we gonna make it brah" when i have hard time lifting especially heavy weight.
are you touching your chest or are you letting it bounce off your chest? be honest with yourself. even if its just a small bounce.
