Is 5'11" manlet?
Okay I been doing a bro split because I'm retarded. Can someone explain why is that bad, and I plan to follow gray skull, wouldn't bench of every workout and and row lower my performance for doing sets?
Do you guys have any good multi vitamin suggestions? I like eating the same thing over and over, just how I eat, so I'm worried I might be depriving myself vitamin wise. Suggestions? Do they all have calories and carbs and shit I have to look out for? I eat pretty good, just wanna cover my bases.

What are /fit/ food staples?
I started getting fit a month ago and I'm looking for new foods/recipes. Specifically I'm looking for something I can make for lunch at work, I'm getting really tired of sandwiches everyday.
I'm cutting and looking for cheap, filling foods. I'm going to the store soon and I'll be buying:
