there's no lift thats going to make your face more jacked
and at 18 i wouldnt fucking worry about your face your going to look like a fucking kid for a few more years regardless unless you get jacked and grow a shitty pube face beard so get used to it
Jaw exercises might help. You can work the muscles all through the face (most of it is one muscle that comes down from your scalp though I think) if you can find a way to activate them like involving them in a plank or lifting weight with your head (neck harness). It's only isometric (there's no way to load most of them) but it might make a difference.
Neck development is a much more reliable way of appearing more masculine, and a beard.

Its difficult to be sure if it was lifting related or just long-overdue puberty finally catching up to me, but over the past year and a half of lifting i think ive made some decent facial gains.
ive noticed:

>jaw is more defined even though I am 10kgs heaver
>traps are bigger
>generally hairier, actually have to shave now
That said, these changes could be all in my head or purely driven by puberty. idk.
