i think it definitely improves me, but i don't really start seeling results until a week in. Even if it's a placebo I feel like my life is slightly improved, mostly with my confidence.
i actually just binged this weekend coming off a two week streak (I got drunk/hungover and that's the biggest trigger for me) and I felt cagey and miserable all day
I met a real girl that shows interest in me and kisses me and it completely killed my desire to fap. I havent even fucked her but I'm on day 8 or 9 of a nofap streak and I feel pretty peaceful.
I also havent smoked in a week. Fuck yeah self-improvement gains.

Do exercises like squats and calf raises stunt growth? I'm 19 and have been lifting on and off for 4 years, my legs are still skinny because I'm sort of nervous about going too heavy and stopping myself from growing an extra inch or two before I'm in my early 20s and done growing.

Weight training does not stunt growth.
Impact sports like gymnastics and football delay growth. But when the activity stops, the growth picks up where it left off.

well, pick some major movements and if you feel like doing more, isolate. I hit the gym twice a week and have a cardio + endurance day twice a week. When im at the gym i do Squat,bench,biceps and on the other gym day i do Diddylift,bench,biceps. try not to get too perfectionistic about this shit, pick something and do it to see how it feels

Shattered my wrist playing basketball. Had to get surgery. I dont have full mobility. Drank alot got hooked on pills and gained 60 lbs. Eventually broke off from that shit and have made decent gains since then.

Is a mix of squats, pull ups, push ups and abs enough for a complete workout?
You cannot get enough volume for all individual lifts on the same day.
Shit like this is for noobs who just started lifting, after 6 months or so you'll no longer see results from a full body and will need to split up your days in order to get more volume out of each individual lift.
This isn't my opinion, it's just facts. I've tried doing low-volume + high frequency, it just doesn't work unless you're a total noob and your weak as shit.
