I don't use Creatine or any other supplements. All I take aside from normal foods is protein shakes. Currently using ON Gold standard whey but have used true nutrition and others in the past.
Anyways. I have been getting anal leakage. I tried putting peanut butter in my shakes hoping it would help but it didn't.
For the record, when I shit it's fine, I don't have diarreah or anything. It's just that throughout the day I always have a little anal leakage that I have to go to the bathroom and wipe off. WTF.

One of two problems.
1) Your colon's health is FUBAR and you should incorporate some fiber (ground flax seed) into your shakes. This will ensure regular powershitting that will evacuate your ass and leave nothing to leak.

2) You are not using enough lube when you are getting ass-railed by Tyrone. This is causing damaged to your anal sphincter. Make sure to have lots of astroglide for this activity.

I want to continue getting stronger but don't want my legs to get bigger and can't afford to replace all the pants I bought about a year ago. My goals simply to push more weight with my legs which triggers other muscle growth and also improves my cycling.
I used to lift with higher reps and lower sets for my legs, but I recently shifted to a leg press routine of 5x5 followed with a 1x20 grand finale. For accessory work I do 2x10 of leg extensions and hamstring curls on machine. I also do some pretty intense step-ups with dumbbells as a warm-up before the leg...

If you eat at maintenance your legs won't be growing but you'll still get stronger over time.
Also doing EXPLOSIVE reps tends to prevent crazy leg growth.
You can't. You either train your whole body and don't eat surplus, thus getting stronger and not growing, or you don't train legs and eat big, thus growing but minimizing leg growth, but not getting stronger legs.
Will eating surplus on upper body days and deficit on lower body days, give me upper body growth but not lower body? I'm currently a t-rex, you see

You need to train at least 3 weeks before you start getting abs.

Is there any hope for someone who has a small frame like this, either due to genetic reasons or poor nourishment and lack of physical activity during adolescent development? This is a 17-year old high school student that is apparently a gold medalist at student Olympiads (iGeo), accepted at Ivy League schools etc., but when I look at his dyelitis I wonder if there's any hope for recovery. Look how small his hands and wrists are, what causes this and how can it be overcome?
