So, I've been going to the gym for over 2 years now, built up my numbers from being able to not lift the bar to a decent 1/2/3/4 while improving other aspects of my fitness such as being able to do proper pushups, pullups, chinups, etc.
Anyway, about a month ago one of my neighbors comes to the house with a six pack and asks me for help to move his piano and load into the truck, I think to myself that this should be pretty straight forward since there's three of us moving the piano. I have mild scoliosis and I've never had a doctor tell me "don't lift or exercise". It's been an inconvenience here and there but really nothing major.
I think you're over-hyping this disorder. Maybe you just have a really shitty version of it?
How did you fuck up OP? I too have 'slight scoliosis,' or so I've been told. I'm also a full-time mover, and I move pianos every week, as well as other heavy shit like fridges, gunsafes, hide-a-bed couches, all kinds of shit. Never once has my 'slight scoliosis' been an issue

My bench has only gone up from 205 to 220 in the last 5 months, but my squat/DL keep going up..
I've been lifting for just over a month and have never tested my 1RMs
How would one go about doing this? should i try out my estimated 1RMs on symmetric strength?

If you're just starting, there's not really a need to test your 1RM. The estimated ones on symmetric strength are usually a bit high in my opinion compared to my actual 1RMs, but they're really close.

Does /fit/ ever get annoyed watching their overweight friends eat?
In one of my particular group of friends I have one who is overweight (most heaviest of the group, the other 2 are more skinny fat) and watching them eat really annoys me. The heaviest one eats in big bites and chews annoyingly, with her cheeks puffed out a making noises with her tongue. The other two skinnyfats eat (mostly junk like the heavy one but are trying to at least make an effort to eat healither)
Ever since I started /fit/ watching other people eat who aren't fit just kinda disgusts...

I stopped keeping up with him after his video style changed and became banal truisms and click-bait format.
At one point he had some fun, memey, and experimental stuff that was interesting to watch mixed with some decent life philosophy and values.
It looks like he's losing weight and becoming a twink.

Hey /fit/ I recently dislocated my shoulder and a rock climbing accident. I went to the doctors today and they told me that I need to take it easy and not work out for at least 2 weeks. This totally bums me out, because I have been trying to get /fit/ for the last year and I have finally made progress and now this happens.

Do not try to workout anyway. You could change these 2 weeks in 6 month if you don't listen to these doctors. Just slow down a bit on the calories (you don't want to store fat), and keep eating proteins.
When you start working out again, go easy at first, light weights etc

I keep seeing this picture around /fit/ where he's standing next to a car and he seriously looks 5'4". If he's not at least 6' then all his advice is invalid IMO.

What the fuck am I doing wrong? I've been cutting for 3 months. I'm 6'2" and started at 196 pounds. I cut out alcohol, sugar, and processed foods, and started eating at a 1000 calorie deficit. Now I'm at 180 pounds. The only places that I still have noticeable fat are my stomach and nipple area. I'm pissed that I've lost so much weight yet I'm still fat, I just started taking Ostarine to help preserve my muscle and maybe help the fat loss, and I'm cutting out all carbs and eating at a 1500 deficit for the next 3 weeks. Don't know a lot about it, but it looks like you've not got a lot to cut... Could just be that you're on the final stretch and need to keep going a bit longer. Maybe try cutting all or most carbs? If you go into ketosis you'll lose no matter what.
