Why does deadlifting make you feel like a man?
I legit almost passed out doing 2pl8s just now, vision started to blur, jawed slack down, and I felt my body about to shut down. Then I just started breathing and pumped out 5 more reps like nothing. Followed it up by raising to 140 and easily made a new PR.
Shit just felt soooo good, like my spine was a dick getting hard as fuck. I probably could've went up more, but I'm still a noob and don't wanna fuck my shit up cause I got cocky.

I started SS today, in a month I will start C25K, I am cleaning up my diet slowly, replacing processed food for whole foods and soda and alcohol for water and less alcohol. If I stick to this and take it in slow steady steps, how long until I notice changes? Also how long did it take you to notice changes for yourself and how long did it take other people to notice any changes?

You will notice changes every time you lift..
You will be able to life more and more. That's the true metric to hold yourself to, you won't see physical progress for quite some time and it can be discouraging. I just watch my lifts go up, that's my motivation
