Theres a huge difference between being an asshole and not wanting to spoon feed dyels who probably arent going to make it advice. Most of /fit/ is unhelpful because its a way of testing you. If you are easily discouraged then you werent going to make it anyway so nothing was lost. But if you stay and lurk like you should you will learn all you need to know. If you want a hugbox you know here to go.
I was wondering what sort of progress you could make if only using a barbell - no squat rack, no bench etc.
you could do deadlifts and all its variations, overhead press, push press, cleans, rows, floor press, shrugs, curls, front squats (theyd have to be high rep)
i think id do an upper lowr split like so:

Deadlifts, high rep front squats
C
ohp, push press, rows and curls, shrugs
D
snatch deadlifts, cleans, lunges

Memes aside, how legit is such a workout routine? Obviously, slightly adjust it with one or two rest days a week for sanitys sake.
Well if you can do 100 push-ups in one go you're in a pretty good place. Same for the 10k run. Should add 100 pull ups though.
