Alright /adv/ prom is tomorrow and I have no date. We have about 1000 seniors graduating so I'd say 800+ may be going to prom. 1/3rd of the girls don't have a date and most of them are going to the after party. I'm also going to the after party. I never drank before but a few friends told me to drink as slow as possible. I'm planning to get laid too. Any tips on parties? How to approach a girl? What it feels like being drunk? Yes its a Community mail box but it has a a lock on it. Second of all, it was locked when I got off work, so the shithead stole my card, left me an empty envelope, then locked it back.Only me and the mail man have keys to it, so all evidence point to him. I sealed the envelope in ziplock bag because im going to have it checked for fingerprints. Should I call the cops to check it? Im going to the post office to file a complaint but I doublt much will be done. This is an outrage and im thoroughly pissed.

Alright, so I'm graduating in a week and I'm going to college around the 25th of August. I had a shit ton of home work, so even though I wanted a job, it wasn't possible. I have the time now, but the problem is - is that I want to take most of July off to go see my dad. Is it feasible that some one would want to hire me and work around my schedule?

Yea but dont plan on finding some marvelous job that pays much over minimum wage. Jobs who pay their customers minimum wage usually have a lot of unskilled workers at their disposal so theyd be more likely to be willing to let you take time off. Higher paying jobs have less employees and expect you to be pretty punctual and not to take off when you first start working
The first anon is right. You'll have to find perhaps a job that has a light Attendence policy. Office jobs, maybe. Customer care jobs, probably. Bank Teller, probably not. Retail stores, factories and fast food, more than likey yes. Are you looking for just seasonal or full time/part time?

It's difficult out there brother. You have a good approach but you must also be assertive about how you feel so there is no doubt from her side that you interested. Then on the other hand don't force yourself to do shit your uncomfortable with. Just follow your gut and don't stress yourself out by overthinking things.
