Why is she hardly replying to my texts anymore? We hang out a lot and have cuddled a few times, we have deep meaningful talks in person, but she doesn't ever really have much to say over text, how can I change this? /Adv/, can any of you share the experience of resisting or giving in to peer pressure? What results it gave?
For some reason, being rebellious to my peers views was my motto since childhood, and i ended up a studying loner, who listens to her parents, doesn't smoke anything, doesn't go to parties and doesn't get wasted.
I had no sense of tact and didn't desperately want company, so peer pressure had little power on me.
Now.
Obviously a virgin, a girl, so it's ok.
I don't like the idea of poisoning my brain with chemical substances to numb the emotional pain, i'll stick to the plan.
So my life experience differs from the majority of my peers, but I'm not alone. There are like-minded people and it's all that matters to me.

The problem with doing things alone is a lack of support. If you are incredibly tallented than its not as much of a problem, but a group is always stronger than a single individual. Infact what usually happens is a strong individual ends up leading a group. They are symbiotic in nature.
As for peer pressure, i highly suggest not going the "stick up your ass" route. You do NOT have to do what anyone tells you to, but you dont have to say NO to every new experience. Swallow your pride sometimes, and kill your convictions. Keep your integrity, and always respect yourself. Sometimes the greatest saints are the worst sinners. But the greatest sin by far is to so nothing at all.
Does anybody else have maladaptive daydreaming? And if so how do you deal with it?
I did when I was younger, like early teens. I basically thought about how much time I wasted, and what I could have been doing instead.

I personally daydream about situations that aren't about myself, fantasies, if you will, regarding my otps. But on occasions I do take a moment to try to sort things out or think about whats actually happening in my life.
But when it comes to daydreaming about realistic things going on in my life I try to actually face them, but probably not at full force. Just little by little.

I'm sorry OP. Bullying can take its toll. But really the best thing you can do is harden the fuck up, and I mean that in the most sincere way possible. Letting it bother you will make you miserable. Accept that you are a slightly dysfunctional individual and find a fulfilling hobby, form a meaningful relationship, or find a purpose or answer a calling.

So I got high on edible marijuana cookies today and things were feeling good 1-2 hours after. I was laughing like a mad man.

I have a problem. A weird one tbf.
I play video games quite a bit and often go on during the evening around 6 or 7. Two of my best friends would be one quite a bit but suddenly they stopped. I was weirded out by this. It was so sudden. A few hours ago I was invited to a beach party by them and found they have been taking drugs. They have been getting it off some fucking scumbag. He gives it too them and in a sick way feel replaced. They mostly ignored me for most of it as they were taking ecstasy and some other shit. I know they have free choice but it feels they have ditched me completely for drugs. It really hurts. I was shocked by this as they go to a pretty posh school. Anyway long story short is there anyway I can stop them from taking drugs? Or is it too late? Should I just never engage with them ever again? I find drugs fucking degenerate.

I don't know how old you are OP, but you sound like me when I was in early high school (14sh) so let me give you some advice:
Whether it's drugs, booze or girls, you're reaching the age where your friends will discover things outside the bubble of childhood, where all you needed was some buddies and some vidya. It happens to everyone sooner or later. If you don't see the appeal of what they're doing, don't worry. You're not broken, you just appreciate different things and there's not anything wrong with that. Basically it comes down to pleasure: they've found something that gives them instant pleasure and it's totally unlike anything they've ever encountered so they want to overload on it. If you're approaching high school/college/uni, this shit is going to happen LOTS.
But you sound jealous as fuck, and that's a bad place to be in. I've been there. You want them to have a bad trip or get caught and shamed so they can come crawling back to you and you can say you were right. But you're wrong. You have to let people live their lives. If you really respect your friends as friends, you'll let them do their shit. If they look like they're about to fuck their lives up (skipping school to do drugs, plummeting grades, getting fired, w/e) then step in a little harsher. It works on the flipside, too.If they respect you as a friend, they'll understand that you don't want to do drugs at parties with them.
I'll give you some advice though: go with the flow. I was a lot like you when I was younger (total sperg anti-drug ABOVE THE INFLOOENCE) and now that I'm a lot older, I can say I missed out on a lot of fun experiences that you can only have when you're young and dumb. Maybe ask them if they want to do E sometime, just the three of you, and play some video games. Or not.
