For those who have graduated from uni, realistically what's the difference between having "good" grades and just passing if all you're going for is a bachelors?
I'm working towards becoming a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, and ever since I got accepted into a fairly prestigious Uni, and then it's Biochemistry department I've just...not given a shit about my grades. Talked to counselors and even they tell me none of my employers have to see my grades if I just don't include it in my resume.
It's just a little demoralizing....

They don't have to see your grades but if you graduate with honors that is a bonus. Also don't think of it only as "how will this look to employeers" but also as "how will this prepare me for a future career"

I agree with this. Graduating from a well known school is probably the main point, but if you can add "Graduated cum laude" or whatever to your resume that's just icing.

I don't quite see the difference. I don't plan on changing my career, and promotions/more money will just come with greater experience and my own accomplishments as a sales rep.
Perhaps this is just the case for myself, but I feel like it's the same for other jobs as well. Teachers for example I'm sure are not treated differently depending on their grades.
What do you do if you call a girl and she blows you off?
The first time I called she seemed pretty into it and we set up a date. I got busy so we cancelled and left it for a few weeks. Then I called again and she basically tried to hang up as soon as possible. It hurt.

I've found out that most of the issues that I seem to have are due to my lack of confidence. Few friends, never been in a relationship, never had sex/kissed/etc, bad at talking to people, so on. I don't have a lot of reasons to be unconfident other than those items. I'm not too terribly ugly, and I'm pretty good at guitar/music, and I can be pretty funny sometimes when I'm talking to someone I know and trust. I think part of the reason for it is because (long story short) I really embarrassed myself in front of someone on my Freshman year of high school...

This sounds like shitty advice, but its a hard concept to put on paper.
Basically, fake it until you make it. Pretend your confident and eventually you will be.
It helps to be a little arrogant too. Unusually, it seems people rather like someone who is mildly arrogant.

As for the regret or shame you feel for the past event, just think of it as a learning experience. It taught you something new or warned you about something to watch out for and you've grown from it. You should look back and know that you've changed since whatever it was that happened. Plus, I'm sure no one else even remembers it.

My first annual review is coming up in a few months and I have been wondering about what would be a reasonable number to suggest.
My first year was 60k pre tax, which is a 2-5k lower than typical starting point in the industry.
I am thinking about asking for 70k and if asked for reasoning mention the lower starting salary and say that I feel that I do my job well.
Is that too much of a jump? Is the reasoning legit?

This argument alone is probably not sufficient. Your employer likely knows they are paying you below industry average. They are going to ask about what you've done beyond your current job expectations. Then they will want to know the results and why those justify the raise. Also asking for a $10k raise after one year of employment is farfetched. You will be super lucky to get a 5% cost of living salary increase. I have been an engineer for 8 years and manager for 3 years. This seems to be pretty standard practice...
