Ever since middle school I have had moderate anxiety which used to majorly affect my school life before I received treatment for it. This was also around the time I started to feel depressed (my 2 year old sister was battling cancer, she is several years in remission now though.) I have been to several, none have been all that much help. One literally told me to "Just stop being anxious." I just thought I might be able to find inspiration from people with similar experiences.
