My social life has never been the best but it has had very high moments as well as very low.
However, I've always struggled with creating bonds. I may be a leader, the guy who makes everyone laugh or just hit it off well with a person or two, but I never make friends. Some people might remember me and we might see each other again, but I'm, at this point, dying to know what step does one have to take to turn a person from an acquaintance to a friend or a romantic partner.
The best answer I come up with when I wonder this is whatsapp. But the only two friends...

Does going incognito actually do anything? Sounds like you're just putting a target on your head "hey look at me I'm doing something I think you don't want to see".
It doesn't save your history or cookies so if you share the computer nobody knows you were watching porn. It doesn't really stop tracking and all that garbage, just use some add-on for that.

The latest firefox actually removes some tracking in incognito, but it's not the right tool if you're worried about tracking.
The server has no way to know you're in incognito, so from that perspective its no less secure.

It's not so bad when you're in a relationship but when you're single, it just hurts
You're yearning for a woman so much that you fall for a woman in your dreams. That's expected.
The bigger problem here is how a dream can fool you to have an attachment, when severed it makes you feel shitty. You got attached to something and they disappeared and your distraught. This is the core of the problem.

I'm talking about something that might help me improve social interactions, like talking to complete strangers, not sperging out when talking in class etc..
I realise that the google has tons of material and I will look into it, but right now I'm asking if any of you have read anything that wasn't complete trash.

The downside to reading books for this stuff is that you start to act like a character in a book, whether fictional or supposedly realistic. The written word isn't enough for that. It's flat. You can't capture nuance and the details of context in textual descriptions. It's even hard to convey sufficient detail because details change from one circumstance to the next. I could tell you to use humor in uncomfortable situations, but which sort of humor is appropriate? Which situations call for humor and which are better served by silence? Rules of thumb only go so far.
Perhaps there are books out there on finding role models. That's probably the best approach anyway. In general it's good to take cues from the people around you and/or people you look up to. Act like others. I'm not saying you should literally become someone else. Just learn from the way they act.

Recently bought a Samsung Note 3, refurbished, from Amazon.
Turns out this is the demo/sale floor model they would have at stores when it was new.
I don't mind, but this damn demo mode will not go away.
Im thinking of rooting it,but im wondering if that will affect my ability to get service.

Well Googling "note 3 demo mode" gave me a ton of results which seem applicable. I'd suggest using those.
Rooting may affect your ability to get repair service (unless you can "un-root" first) but it will have no impact on your ability to get cellular signal service (unless you're intentionally stupid and flash the wrong frequency band settings onto it).
Demo models are dummies with a preprogrammed set of options and a screen its a fake phone there isnt a gps a antenna or micro sd card. Its litterally a demonstation of how colorful the screen is and about how it feels in your hand.

I almost never visit /adv/ but this time I'm nerveous as fuck, I'm starting a new job in a fast food restaurant in exactly 2 hours and I don't know what to do when I'm doing nothing.
I don't want to spend most of the day standing waiting and waiting for orders or asking random employees what to do now, does anyone can give me advice in how these restaurants work when you are supposed to do "anything that requires your presence" ??

I don't really have any advice, but I'm in college and it's exactly the same for me. For my summer job I woke up at 6AM no problem, hangover and all. When it comes to college though I cannot wake up before 11AM and I, too, am most productive at night (midnight - 1AM is god tier productivity). When I do wake up I'm fucked until 2PM.
It's weird. I sometimes reset my schedule by pulling an all-nighter and then going to sleep quite early the next day. I always fall back into bad habits, though.

No one will risk bringing a slander suit against themselves by badmouthing a former employee. Even if they have nothing positive to say, they will at least confirm that you worked there during the stated time period. That's all your new employers expect anyway.

A keg is about 165 glasses. A pony is half that. For that party I'd buy one of each, plus 4-5 bottles of hard stuff. Cheap vodka, mid-grade whiskey. Thats going to allow for 6 beers and around 2 shots per person. Have people bring their own shit. You can provide a base amount, and just tell people if they have something in particular they wanna drink they should bring it.
My father's been starting to feel awful recently; he's 56 and has been complaining about stomach problems, his knee pops out once in a while, and he's always a total grump. Whenever I suggest he get his ass to a doctor, he just gets real upset with me and spends the next hour complaining about how he'd be out of work and we'll be living in the poorhouse.
