Over the past year I've lost ~60 lbs, with 22 lbs coming in the past 6 weeks during a particularly intense diet/exercise regimen where I've been eating under 1,000 calories daily.
I am now just about to the weight I've wanted to be all along, back to where I was in college. I'm ending my diet in two weeks.
That said, due to the diet, the foods I've been eating haven't been particularly normal or exciting. When I go back to eating normally, and not sitting at this insane deficit, what's the best way to ensure I don't binge...

Just eat whatever you want at maintenance calories, like 1500 or whatever it is for you.
I'm so full of shame
I really like this girl. I mean, I had (still do) dreams about her. She's my other half. This is my first time feeling like this. We don't even know eachother. Like, close to at all. alright ladm8fam listen to what i have to say. highschool relationships are the worst and they probably wouldnt survive college (assuming you wanna go there), so its useless anyway. Trust me, you will meet lots of pretty chicks in college. In the meantime, work out, lose weight, try to do soemthing about that acne, basically sculpt yourself into the person you want to be. You have an entire half a year to do it. Good luck.

I am having trouble with friendships. Just tonight I had two friends over, and the friend-in-question's girlfriend. We had dinner and whatnot and then he left. Yet I feel troubled.
It went well, or very average. Yet despite liking him before this, I have coolled on him majorly. As for your problem of connecting with other people, this is a terrible place to look for advice. I don't think I've seen any advice regarding socialising that wasn't some vague "go out there and....do something".

This may not be as easy for hands and feet, but ask your doctor about aluminum chloride solutions. I had a majorly bad case of armpit sweat in my high school days and my doctor prescribed me this roll on stick to use before I went to bed. It was irritating at first, but it worked, and after about 6 months, I didn't have to use it anymore. 12 years later and I sweat like a normal person.
