You have to consciously stop letting it affect you so much. Thats how I got over my rape. No therapy or anything. I just told myself I was going to stop feeling bad about it and it went away after awhile.

You're going to need some therapy. And maybe consider a career or part time career where you help victims, maybe children, of sexual abuse or work to prevent it somehow. I think helping others through what you experienced or helping to prevent it will make you feel better. I really hope you get through this. Be strong.
