I've lost the plot /adv/
Only a few more weeks left to this semester. I have a workload the size of a mountain, assignments due, and of course exams on the way. My sleep cycle is fucked, I'm positive there's something wrong with me physically. I've had weeks where I'd have to live off less than 7 hours sleep over three days, and such. I've developed an ability/bad habit of being able to sleep for entire days out of fatigue, or this aforementioned problem I think I might have. I can't find the will to work anymore. I'm stressed and depressed - there's no one I can talk to. The most social interaction I've gotten this week is shit posting on /int/. How do I refocus? I need to do it quick lads.

First time poster in this board.
I live in a huge apartment complex. I have a motorcycle, which I used to park off by itself where nobody else parked. Because of battery problems in the cold, I bought a battery tender, and started parking it in a fought-over area closer to the buildings, where I can hook it up to an outside generator power outlet.
About two weeks ago, the cable was cut. I took it to get fixed, thinking it was just an accident. Since then, however, someone has been unplugging the battery tender at night. I thought it might have been the maintenance guys using the outlet, but over the last few weeks, it has gotten very intense, with the tender being unplugged not long after I hook it up, every single time.
I don't want to go to maagement because their answer will probably be not to use the power outlet at all. I dont think its them unplugging it because its been happening at night, and if it were, they would have just contacted me by now instead.
i just spoke to an old vietnam veteran slightly off neighbor ten minutes ago whose apartment is by the power outlet, asking him if he had seen anyone messing with my bike. even though he is usually friendly with me, his only answers right now were "I dont kow what youre talking about," "I wont answer your questions," "go talk to the office," and "leave me alone."
Im pretty sure now its been him, so now i have several options.
I was going to hook up the bike again tonight, and wait in my car to see who comes out to mess with the battery tender. I was going to confront them and call the police on them if necessary.
But now I am thinking it is probably the crazy old fart, and i dont want any problems with him. do i confront him tonight if he comes out to mess with the bike, or should i just start parking it near the other power outlets that are on the other side of the huge apartments? its an inconvenience, but i'm not sure what to do.

First of if you do anything get video. Get as much footage in as good quality with audio as you can. Shouldn't be much of a problem with a decent smart phone. Second of all for something like this you want to know if YOU have the right to be doing what you're doing. He/anybody DEFINITELY doesn't have the right to go cutting someone's shit but that doesn't mean you're going to win the battle of being left alone to do your thing. Ask the office is there is any specific rule against you using that outlet. If they say as a tenant you have the right to do it in the context of leaving your bike hooked up then you got the all clear form them. You have the proper clearance and authority to do your thing. In that case whoever is sabotaging your stuff is TOTALLY in the wrong, it will be you and the office against him which means he can get evicted, arrested for damage or property and all that shit. If you are not allowed to be charging your bike there to begin with then it's a worthless battle and you should just stop doing it because even if you find out who's doing it, it could lead to you and him getting a fistfight and both of you lose when the office finds out and both of you get in trouble, or if he actually does the correct thing and rats you out to the office and they get on your case supporting his objection to your use of the outlet.

The entire point of right of way laws in the US are because of the lazyness of the DMVs, they wont put dedicated lights for everything, instead they try to make up rules for it like "if X then Y" and expect you to follow it to the letter, and if you happen to do Y and the wrong time and a collision happens then its all your fault no matter what.
A while back I turned left at a small intersection when my light was green and I'm casually driving through, at least 3/4 of the way through, and bam some fuck face hits the top right corner of my car.

Even though the distance he had to travel to hit me based on where I was when it happened was a fraction of the total distance I had already travelled, which means that I didn't cut him off, he wasn't paying attention and just took off and bam.
If they had a dedicated light with an arrow sign, or more lanes, or something, then none of it would have happened.
Instead he fucked up and because of "right of way" he is immune to any consequences, unless the judge somehow sides with me.

Also if you go by right of way laws then technically as soon as your light turns green, as long as you aren't turning, then you are free to slam on the accelerator and not even look in front of you, look at the floor or something, if you hit anyone

Why do I develop crushes on random guys?

No education, I have a clunker car that runs fine that I've taken all the way from LA to Canada with no problems. No debt, pretty much no dreams or aspirations for life. The past 2 years I've just been surviving and saving money.
I'm skilled at general office work, but I know most places prefer a degree. Hobbies would be the usual 4chin stuff, anime, vidya and anything /k/ related.
Well, you'll probably need a degree down the road. It sucks balls but that's the way it is. If you don't have a specific career that you want to get into you should at least start working on your AA or AS at a local community college. If nothing else comes out of it fine but at least you have some sort of education under you. It should be relatively inexpensive and it being a community college and it being 2016 they should be relatively flexible for the common courses.
Don't quit your job by any means, keep saving and stashing. Remember, 6months emergency fund and no debt. Try to work in some classes. Two or 3 a semester including summer should have you done in 2 years-ish.
Try to ditch the anime/vidya nothing good will ever come of it. Manga is fine. If you can but haven't already you should've gotten a few guns. 9mm is fine, 1911's are for grandpa's. You should have at least 1 pump action shotgun btw. Wood furniture. Go clay shooting and get gud. It's a good thing to know how to do and is relatively easy to get newcomers to guns into since it seems sporty and nonintimidating.

Firstly, I am not here for sympathy or to bitch or to get attention. I am simply here for some advice on how to best kill myself and whether I should leave a note for my friends and family.
Ive got the rope, I've made the knot. I know the length of the drop to break my neck so its an instant death. The problem I have is I am not sure of the actual positioning on my neck. I've heard the knot should be on the left to the back? Would it make a difference? I am thinking a large sturdy tree and to be careful I jump from the branch and not tangle it on the way down. I ask this because I really don't want to strangle to death, that can take a while.
I am not sure whether to leave a note or note, and whether it would cause more unnecessary pain. I've left the money for my housemate and what I have left will go to the people who find my body as to apologize for having to see that sight. I am thinking of just not leaving a note.
