I have a tonsil stone in one of my tonsils and I used one of those dental sticks you use to scrap plague off your teeth to try and remove it. I missed and I drew a tiny bit of blood right beside where the stone is.

One of the only ways you're going to beat this is to lose access to your money and have a money manager look after it for you.
Your salary goes into an account you don't have access to. The manager uses it to pay your bills and home delivered groceries. You get a minimal amount of cash and not enough to make gambling tempting.
