19 y/o college bro, 5'9, 245lbs (atleast that was my SW nearly 3 months ago).
I'm trying to cut down to 180lbs by this November.
Able to maintain my cut and hit the gym atleast 3 times a week easily, however my macro goals on MyFitnessPal seem a little ridiculous. how the hell am I supposed to consume 250g of protein? I've been told the whole 1g/lb thing is bullshit, so I've been eating around 130-150g a day instead. Thinking about trying out intermittent fasting too, general calories out > calories in has been going well for me so far though....

I have only been going 3-5 times a week for the past 2-3 months though, I haven't had any huge physical change or anything, i understand that takes a long time. I have dropped 2 pant sizes though and am slightly thinner all around. Still fat though. Are you suggesting I raise my calorie intake to lose weight? Isn't that counterproductive if I'm trying to thin out?
How long would it take me to get in shape if I took roids? Either illegal or pro hormones that are still on the market?

At 30 miles a week atm and finally going to go back to the gym to get some strength back (i dropped lifts for a few months so DOMs wouldnt get in the way of my mileage progression.)

Getting back into it after a long hiatus, during which I ate myself into oblivion.
Summer 2012, I weighed 130 lbs (I'm 5'7"), ran 30-40 miles per week. I didn't really do any road races or anything. A 5k workout run was about 24:30, not too fast.
Then I started working full time.
Fast forward to now: I weigh 195 lbs, currently in middle of C25K plan.

Can I get some tips on how to avoid people looking at me naked in the locker rooms?
I have noticed there are 4-5 really well hunged guys changing clothes there every time I go and that has made me very self conscious about my size, specially since I'm a grower and not a shower.
I don't want them to see me nude and start talking about how they are bigger than me.

How do you deal with heavy sweating, anon?
This is my third week in a a formal job I got and Im always sweating a lot. This particular situation is driving me crazy and making me feel bad.
I've read some advice on the internet on how to deal with this shit so I drink lots of water to cool my body and remain hydrated, also avoid coffee between 8am and 4pm and Im using Nivea 48hours anti-stress for men and still sweat a lot. What the fuck is going on?
