I gained 15kg of muscle in 6 months. I lost my girlfriend in the process. I was really going to the gym for us, not for me, and I fucked it up.

because you're a guy and it's the first place guys store fat and the last place they lose it.
my advice is to forget about your "lower abs" and get big and strong instead. trying to reach that level of leanness just fucks up your gains, progress and performance.
Do you guys still hit the gym when sick? What extent is too sick to still get gains?
Got a cold for the first time in over a year. Not sure if I should just stay at home and do calisthenics/aerobics for the day, or still head out but risk passing the cold to others, or just do fuck all for the day and just let my body kill the cold virus faster.
Don't do anything until you feel healthy.
Take a rest and reflect on your life, where you are now, where you want to be and what you want to focus on. Lifting when you are sick is pretty bad for your body

I want to be redpilled on building muscle. I don't want to get too big, but I want to get pretty toned without worrying too much about all those things we're tricked into doing by jews like counting calories. I don't exercise much (or at all) because I have a social anxiety disorder and I'm unable to leave my house.

My brothers in Islam, the blessed month of Ramadan is approaching, and as every time of this year, it will interrupt our daily routines of eating/sleeping/working out.
How do you incorporate fasting into working out and what are your eating habits like? For those of you who are cutting I'm assuming it will be the timing is more convenient, but to the bulking lot, how do manage to eat at a surplus while abstaining from food for 18 hours?

I have worked out for the past 7 years five to six days a week. My routine would consist of one one major body part a day, chest, back, arms... and so on. As I become very strong doing 15 one arm push-ups, 12 pull-ups in one set, 7 one leg body press, and so on I notice that I wasn't losing the body fat. I weighed 240 6'1 with no visible sign of muscle definition, most people that I asked how I looked would say normal. I would ask them " does it look like I work out?" They would say no, you look normal. Mind you I'm strong as fuck when they're telling...
