But really, I just tell them I've doing my best and still got a long way to go.
Gym? I just do Zumba and play WiiFit on the weekend
What do you think is/are the real gains goblin ?
I consumed 1500 Cals over a period of 24 hours while playing video games, they are the real gain killers.
>>37363321
not enough food, not enough sleep/relaxation
>>37363321
Invest in an espresso machine; whenever I get the urge to eat while gaming I make one. That and I drink like 12L of water a day.

>ITT: people blame external factors for their own lack of discipline and willpower
Great thread OP
>always tired and hungry
>one day end up eating more carbs than usual at breakfast
>boundless energy all day
I don't know why I ate so much fat/protein. I'm going to hit 0.9g/lb protein, 0.45g/lb fat, and a shittonne of carbs. I suggest you try it too. You won't get diabetes if you keep them clean
>>37363306
Carbs are actually a great source of long-term energy if they're complex, like whole wheat.
Refined carbs and simple carbs are absolute trash tier, though.
I usually keep about a 4 to 1 ratio with my meals throughout the day, with the 4 being fruits, vegetables, and carbs, and the 1 ratio being lean protein.
The energy I have is absolutely insane, and definitely helps with keeping healthy.
>>37363344
>refined carbs are trash
Don't need to tell me, absolutely 0 refined grains or added sugars in my diet
The 'worst' carbs I eat are fruit and baked potatoes
>>37363423
Fruits aren't exactly unhealthy depending on what fruits you eat.
Main fruit in my diet is really just bananas and whole kiwis (Skin on kiwi is really good for you).
Mango is wonderful too, as it's loaded with vitamins and potassium. I'd say, from a personal opinion, that mango is similar to broccoli, with both being extremely healthy in their respective categories.
What do you do about your armpit hair, if anything? If I shave or trim mine will people at the beach notice and think it's weird?
No. 2 is what I do. I pretty much do that to my whole body. Pubes I might take to a 1 but then it gets a little prickly
>>37363279
>tfw 24
>tfw guy in your pic has as much armpit hair as me
>tfw never shaved
Having four hairs on my chin kind sucks but having a silky smooth body really does wonders looks when everybody else is rocking some razor sharp chest microhairs on their chest/arm/legs after shaving
Generally nothing.
If for some reason I want to remove it, I burn it, but I think that's generally frowned upon. And also smells horrible.

Finally a use for this.
Do you enjoy exercise?
Did you when you first started?
Any tips on being able to enjoy it?
>>37362807
You either do or you don't. If it were as easy as some formula or step-by-step process then there wouldn't be fatties and weaklings in the world. Exercise is HARD and HURTS and most people don't do it for those reasons. For those of us who do we see the benefits outweigh the difficulty and pain.
>>37362807
just make the rest of your life so shitty, that the mixed rush of dopamines, adrenaline and pure testosterone becomes the only highlight of your week
>>37362807
>Do you enjoy exercise?
yes
>Did you when you first started?
january of 2015
>Any tips on being able to enjoy it?
remind yourself of why you did it in the first place.
Is Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5 still the king program for beginners?
I followed SS for something like a year and then switched to Wendler 5/3/1 when I was at intermediate strength level. Got sick, classes required more time, etc, etc, and I've fallen out of shape.
I'm pretty much skinnyfat again but I'm sure I keep a proper form still on most exercises.
Any insight?
no
fierce 5 novice program
